Steve Pahlman is the best at what he does. He answered all questions quickly and completely. He was very professional in how he handled himself, including his references for inspections, financing, etc. Pahlman's friendliness and knowledge made the buying process as easy as possible. We can not recommend him enough; looking back we would not have wanted to use anybody else. We have nothing but great things to say about Steve. He was urgent in how he handled business and we could not be more thankful. From initial viewing to under contract was less than 36 hours and that is after an offer/counteroffer in the interim. Pahlman is fantastic and we are thankful we utilized him and Dunbar in our home buying process!
